General Shipping Policies: • For Media Mail deliveries, please allow 5-10 business days to receive order once it has shipped. • For expedited orders, select Priority Shipping. Please allow 3 days to receive Priority order once it has shipped. • Hawaii purchasers please select Priority Shipping - Media Mail will take 3-5 WEEKS! • Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. • All shipments are FOB San Diego, CA, US • Canceling order, combining order or changing order may affect shipping rates.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of order placement. To receive full credit refund less shipping and handling charges, returns must evidence a postmark within 30 days of the original order date and be in re-saleable condition.

Payment Terms: • SoCal Publishing accepts Visa and MasterCard only. Your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed. • SoCal Publishing is required to collect State Sales Tax for all shipments to California (7.75%).

International Orders: SoCal Publishing will accept online orders from our international customers; however the following policies apply to any international order received via our website:  • All pricing is based on U.S. funds only. • Your international online order may not display your correct shipping charges regardless of the method of shipping you select. These charges will be calculated and you will be informed of your final invoice amount PRIOR to shipment.  • Free shipping or discounted shipping promotions are not applicable for international orders. • All international orders must be paid by credit card.   • Additional taxes, tariffs, or shipping/handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer. • If you would prefer for us to supply personal assistance in placing your order our customer service team is ready to help, call 1-877-27-BOOKS.
